Community Room is 33 1/2 ft. x 26 ft. with six large windows, (3 on each side).   Kitchen is 12 ft.x 19 ft. and is attached attached to the Community Room.   Ample parking is available. Main building has a u-shaped drive around entrance / exit Lawn has room for a tent. There is an 18 ft. x 21 ft. slab for Bar B Que or tent / dance available for use. Lawn activities are accessable from kitchen and comunity room.   Seating: 34 Padded non-folding chairs 40 metal folding chairs 17 wooden folding chairs   Tables One 3 ft. x 8ft. ft. metal folding table One 2-1/2 ft. x 5 ft. metal folding table One expandable wodden table 42 inches wide x over 10 feet One expandable wodden table 44 inches wide x over 10 feet

Rental Considerations For Usage:   I will gladly help in all ways possible to ensure your event is exactly as you wish.   --Below is some basic information to consider in order to offer you as reasonable rate as possible:   --The Rental Rates varies from $200 -$500 for the Whole Building / Per Day, depending on the services required.   --The Rental Rates varies from $100 -$500 for the Upper Level / Per Day, depending on the services required.   --Evening and Hourly Rental Rates for the Upper and or Lower Level are strictly negotiable based on usage.   1. Do you want the entire building? Upper and Lower levels are available together or separately.   2. What hours do you require?   3. How many people will be in attendance.   4. How do you want the Upper Level auditorium arranged / seating (# of seats) / Tables? / Will our sound system work you?   6. What do you require in the Lower Community Room: # of tables / coverings & chairs. / kitchen requirements / other?   NOTE: the Lower level is home to my art studio (easels tables and painting supplies would as neatly as possible occupy approximately 1 / 6 of floor space in one corner) the remaining floor space could be quite sparse.   7. If you are using a caterer we would prefer they remove all trash & recyclables from our provided containers. Please let us know if in advance if you want us to can handle the trash & recyclables. Does your caterer provide table coverings and tableware?   FYI: General Building Information: UPPER LEVEL, has six (12 foot long) pews against the walls. Chairs can arranged according to your seating and or dance requirements (34 padded non-folding, and 57 folding chairs are available) Seating for one hundred is easily do-able.   LOWER LEVEL, has two (12 foot long) pews against the walls. Tables and chairs can be arranged according to your needs. Lower level is very well lit with new day spectrum lighting.   KITCHEN, Is well lit with plenty of usable counter space, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, filtered well water (we import drinking water) We Re-cycle and provide trash receptacles. Our kitchen has 8 electric receptacles. No sink garbage disposal please.   ELEVATOR: I am the only one allowed to operate the elevator since I am on the premise during events at the McMillan Art Center.   PARKING SPACE, the building has a u-drive-around and plenty of parking space. Need Studio Space or Planning an event? Space Rental is Available.   McMillan Art Center is located in a beautiful 19th-century church building in Enfield. This historic building has a community room with kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor has an auditorium with a magnificent vaulted ceiling, and delightful natural light. (Formerly the Enfield United Methodist Church Building)   Our facility has wheelchair ramps, elevator, however the bathroom is not yet handycap acessable.   We are located approximatley 7 to 10 miles from downtown Ithaca depending on the route. Please call ahead, 607 330 1892   Our beautiful historic building is a multi-use facility.
